Now with the NBA lockout entering it's 100th and some odds day, most guys would use the free time to slack off, or relax, or even head overseas to hoop. But Miami's LeBron James and Oklahoma City Thunder's Kevin Durant use the time to improve on their skills and overall physiques. As a HUGE LeBron James fan I dare someone to watch this and think that he doesn't deserve all the accolades.
