Michelle Obama

When we think of the First Lady, we usually think of some shriveled up old woman. But fortunately for us, Michelle Obama isn't your traditional First Lady. Not only does she exude grace, class, beauty, intelligence, kindness, compassion and a wealth of amazing qualities, she also has some rhythm. I can imagine when Barack and Michelle have down time in the White House and some Cheryl Lynn comes on, the leader of the free world and his first lady can cut up a rug. :)

But in all seriousness, this clip is part of Michelle's "Let's Move" initiative, which is encouraging young people to become more active. She was at Alice Deal Middle School in Washington DC participating in some cardiovascular activities. Check out this clip and see Michelle Obama get her "dougie"on and her doing the "running man". Joe Budden - No Ordinary Love Pt.3

Check out this track by Jersey's own Joe Budden. It comes on the heels of what seems to be a very messy break up with his model girlfriend Esther Baxter. Allegedly E. Baxter was cheating on Joey with former NY Giant/TB Buccaneer Derrick Ward while pregnant. The end result was a very messy back and forth tirade on Twitter and this track right here. Now I would never wish ill will on an individual's relationship but Joey does create his best music when he's down in the dumps. Well check it out anyways and hopefully things between Ms. Baxter and Mr. Budden can get back on the upswing.

A Momentous Day In History!

On Sunday May 1st, 2011 at around 11pm CNN broke the news that public enemy number one Osama bin Laden was killed in his mansion in Pakistan. Aside from it almost being 10 years after the September 11th attacks, and the trillions of US dollars spent on military strategies and action and the countless lives lost in the process, president Obama gave a uplifting speech addressing the death and capture of Bin Laden's body. Truthfully I don't want to rain on the parade, but I refuse to be a "prisoner of the moment" and think that this is the end all be all of terrorism. All this has done for me is just raise a multitude of questions.. Stay tuned as I sort through all of the facts as they come in and I'll post some questions and hopefully they'll be answered.
