When we think of the First Lady, we usually think of some shriveled up old woman. But fortunately for us, Michelle Obama isn't your traditional First Lady. Not only does she exude grace, class, beauty, intelligence, kindness, compassion and a wealth of amazing qualities, she also has some rhythm. I can imagine when Barack and Michelle have down time in the White House and some Cheryl Lynn comes on, the leader of the free world and his first lady can cut up a rug. :)

But in all seriousness, this clip is part of Michelle's "Let's Move" initiative, which is encouraging young people to become more active. She was at Alice Deal Middle School in Washington DC participating in some cardiovascular activities. Check out this clip and see Michelle Obama get her "dougie"on and her doing the "running man".
